Warnings and Bans work in the 'Warning Level' system on everyones'
profile and avatar. The more rules you violate, the lower your bar will get. Only Moderators and Administrators can lower your bar.
It won't always work its way down from top to bottom.
1. Bumping Policy.
a. You may bump threads, even multiple times. However if the threads is clearly dead, and you're bumping the thread 10 times, then it will be locked and you'll be let off with a warning.
b. You may bump older threads, however only if its a valid discussion still.
2. Avatars and Signatures.
a. Avatars can be whatever you want, except from the following list,
b. Signatures can be as long as you would like depending on what you all have inside of it. Posting images is allowed for your signature, but if your image is the size of the page, then you will be asked to remove it and an Administrator will be requested to remove it.
3. Posting Protocols
a. There is no cursing, though mild words such as crap, piss, etc, are fine, however this does not mean you can abuse the words and go 'CR*P, P*SS, *R**G **G F*G' to just vent with it.
b. Personal Attack/Flaming isn't allowed, but isn't as strict as ROBLOX. You can criticise without being banned, but calling someone stupid or retarded might be asking for a warning.
c. Trolling is fine, but if you're exploiting another user emotionally, pychologically, you'll be banned. In simple terms, we don't mind you joking around, but if you take advantage of someone and we feel it could have negative effects on them, we'll intervene and ban you.
d. Stay on-topic please, we're not asking you to repeat every word and sentence of a thread, but please keep things relevant.
e. Try and make all posts at least 3 words in length. Smaller posts can be considered spam.
4. Download, Off-Site Policy.
a. Downloads are fine to link, however we'd prefer users do not turn this into the pirate bay and start exchanging torrents. The downloads will have to be reviewed by the moderators, devs., and/or administrators. After you post it of course. If we find suspicious material on it, we'll take action.
b. Off-Site links are completely fine, so long as they're appropriate. Things like shutupwomengetonmyhorse.com may have some innuendos in them, but they're just for jokes and completely fine. As a preference, try and keep it to a PG-13 level at most however.
c. No shortened links. Shortened links may only be posted by staff members. This is a security precaution. Link Shortener Examples: bit.ly, adf.ly, tinyurl
5. Account Policies
a. You may not sell your account or anyone's account from Roblox Today, or ROBLOX.
b. Password Scamming is strictly forbidden, any report of it with proof will immediately result in a permanent ban.
c. Do not share your password with anyone. All actions on your account are what you are responsable for.
d. Administrators will never ask for your account information unless we're trying to help you. If a staff member tries asking for this information report it immediately to a different Administrator.
e. Do not harrass other members, if you are caught threatening or harshly verbally harrassing another user we will send your IP and information through a Police Report.
f. Do not attempt to hack another user's account. If we suspect an account has been compromised, we will contact the owner for verification
We reserve the right to add, edit, and/or add any rules at any given moment. If this right is abused, report it to an Administrator.
Moderators are welcome to add rules at any time, of course with Administrators being able to revoke said rules. Developers are free to suggest as well, but can't add them instantly.
To report any incidents that happen on the forum that you feel weren't handled appropriately, please contact a staff member linked here.
Please take the rules seriously, just don't take them too seriously. Enjoy your stay here, you can post about pretty much anything as long as its appropraite.
