I do not really think I am anywhere near famous, however, my youtube channel is something what im more known for on ROBLOX. If I ever Make it to the top status, I think i'll write a short book on how to become famous on ROBLOX.

on another note, theres a group known as "the Fame club"(http://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=8598) you already know its founded by bratty famous Robloxians who think theyre better than everybody just because they have the most bux or tix or place visits. however, ive found that the most elegant of famous are in this group like Uluis and lordnathon(besides his evilness) you must aim to qualifying into this group as your goal, they require that you atleast have 100,000 visits or alternatively 30,000 profile views. once you've reached that, you will know your on the road to sucess in ROBLOX. However joining this group is only but a secondary goal you must make, this group only helps you realise that your heading somewhere, it doesnt help you get famous.

but enough about that, im not famous myself so I shouldnt be telling others my perspective of gaining fame if I dont have it myself.

1. Fame is over rated.
2. Usually the people who really deserve fame are barely even noticed, and a lot of 'famous' people really don't deserve it at all.
3. Honestly, it's impossible to teach someone how to become famous.. and as much as everyone might agree with me, it's mostly luck.
4. The Fame club is kinda lame. (I was invited to it and I left after two days because it was completely pointless.)
5. There wasn't any arrogance or disrespect intended.. I'm just throwing my opinion out there.

I know this wont change anything for anyone who reads it but I'm gonna say it anyways.
Being famous really isn't all that great. At first it's really fun and exhilarating or whatever.. but after a couple months of non-stop PM's, being stalked everywhere you go, and noobs flaming you in the forums for no reason, it really gets kind of annoying.

I think fame can be nice and enjoyable. Its just how you get famous, and what for. There's many different forms of fame obviously.

Me, I'm somewhat famous. Lots of people know me, I'm pretty respected and liked of for numerous reasons. Everything about me people generally like. Places, videos, pictures, knowledge, it goes on and on. Is it nice for me even now? Well, its kind of like what Clayton said. It does get boring, but I would rather be famous then be the someone trying to be famous anyday. I may have had more fun trying to be famous, but I would still be the same if I tried getting famous on an alt. After you begin to get popular, it only gets easier and easier if you ask me. But that's just my little 2 cents.

Really, I got popular by just not caring so much. You can always have goals set in your mind, but if you obsess over them too much and try so hard to the point that your goal itself gets in the way of you reaching your goal, there's obviously a problem. I just did what I liked, forumed, made videos, decals, whatever I felt like. Built what I thought was cool and enjoyed. I learned from mistakes over the 3 years of being on ROBLOX and it really just adds up and you get better and better. You need to focus more on improving yourself, and enjoying yourself. Goals keep you going, but it won't keep you going long enough if you don't enjoy doing it too. Your motives slowly die, more reasons come and make you want to play the game less and less. It's just a self-defeating way of doing things.

Just have fun, do what you like. Do things because you like to do them, not only because your good at them. My dad always told me he was a mechanic not because he liked it, but because he was good at it. That's a bad moral, it should be the opposite.

If you like something, do it. Don't care what other people think, but respect what they think too. You just have to achieve like me. I'm an over-acheiver.

But this is all just my experience.

Work your way up. Honestly, a quick, or semi-quick way of getting famous is becoming a high-ranker in a top-notch clan, like RAT, FEAR, UCR. Tons of place visits if you shout for training. However, whatever comes with responsibility in military groups, comes with drama.

A long way of becoming well-known is foruming. I forum or try to everyday. I talk with semi-respectable people and I am known as a person who gives good advice and should be listened to. The forums are where people with knowledge go. However, a stray person always comes in at some point.

Doing what you love is most important. Over-achieving isn't bad, Ashley.
